Last year, around this time, I played with the idea of turning ink splashes into drawings. I quite loved the concept, but only did a few, with the idea of coming back to it later.
And in early October, with the Inktober project, where artists do a drawing per day during the entire month, as a challenge to themselves and a fun way to keep practicing, I decided that was the perfect time to turn it into a full series.
